Not sure where you live but here in Australia, there are places like "Pipeworks in Thomastown provides that the transfer printing for T-shirts.
This means that you will be able to afford a professional staff, and bring back pictures and for the T-shirts ..
although very well presented, with the right kind of photographic moving the office and art supplies, you can do these things yourself.
