Eastern Ontario Mls Listings Where Is The Best Place To Purchase A Cabin For The Best Price In Quebec Or Ontario Or Eastern Canada In 2009?

Where is the best place to purchase a cabin for the best price in Quebec or Ontario or eastern canada in 2009? - eastern ontario mls listings

I live in a van, and its effects on my health. I am not on welfare. To buy in view of an acre land with a cabin with two bedrooms and a large open space, possibly with a loft, wood stove, not emissions from agriculture, but pure water from wells near the forest. Suggestions?

(First response! Wahoo!)

From what I saw, the Maritimes are the cheapest, with Newfoundland, which was probably the best "value for money are.

A former colleague has bought a house in Newfoundland to use as a summer weekend. It was so cheap that you purchased with a credit card. It was $ 15,000. Further discussion was of a house a home (of course) have been bought for $ 9000. This is crazy, the price is incredibly low for those of us who spend nearly one million U.S. dollars for our homes, in Toronto.

One of my family lives in New Brunswick, and sends me occasional ads for bargains there. I would not say they are super cheap, but much cheaper than similar goods in North Rhine-Westphalia (or at least in southern Ontario). (My husband and I have some ... splash in real estate properties ... etc., etc.)

I see good business in Nova Scotia, all the time.

90% of Canadians live within 200 km from the U.S. border. 80% of Canadians live in cities. Obviously, the most northerlyand / or walk away from major centers, it is a good cheaper.

Go to the service list to see what is currently know in several areas: real estate http://www.mls.ca/splash.aspx usually only their own territory, but if you know where they go, as c ' is a good idea to find an agent willing to work with you. (Of course, the cheaper the property you are looking for, less commission to the broker. Then you have to someone who does not see the shed too.)

Good luck in finding the cabin.

My suggestion would be to obtain a property in New Brunswick. If you do not follow the way north to Quebec or Ontario, you probably will not be able to get a property at a reasonable price, with his cabin.

I've tried to do something, like me, more for use as a summer house as my permanent home. I looked around and there are many more available, and all are overrpiced.

However, I checked the areas around Moncton, NB, and saw many reasonable offers. Www.realtor.ca The site had a number of properties of $ 8,000 - $ 12,000, the 1 to 3 hectares. These lots are empty, or reduced, so you can arrange for a mobile home, build a small hut, or the case of a right of pre-fabricated houses on the property. Only one person digging the well and put in a septic tank and you're done.

Alternatively, they have lots of small houses, fixing, you may need to buy really cheap. If you are not a mechanic or health you can manual labor, as do the placement of the isolationIon panels or drywall, it might be for you, but there are people to see there, the markets do it for you.

I try to look around the area of New Brunswick, especially in the vicinity of Dunlop, NB. I have an uncle who is there (in Ontario) and heavily on a large plot with a house on it. Dunlop is a small town just minutes from Moncton, which has all major services, including a good hospital, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The only problem is that the surface of the soil is mostly clay, a garden can be a challenge, and You get a lot of standing water, a breeding ground for mosquitoes in the summer.
